Transmission Pumps

Transmission pumps are part of more complex Powertrain systems and are key to achieving the expected fuel economy of modern trucks.

 

This has led Concentric to innovative multi-stage pump developments to enable complex actuation, lubrication, and cooling circuits from a single pump installation.

 

• Oil pumps for on and off-highway transmissions, as well as for reciprocating compressors.

• Heavy-duty pumps for off-highway applications such as construction equipment and forklift trucks, needing pressurized oil for lubrication, cooling, and gear actuation.

• Heavy-duty pumps for on-highway transmissions, particularly heavy trucks that require pressurized oil for cooling.

• Viscosity; Typically, SAE-10W ATF
• Speed Rating of ~ 600 up to ~4000 RPM
• Pump Pressures of ~100 up to ~400 PSI
• Metered Rate up to 70 LPM
