Licenses are computer specific. Get the userinfo file from the computer to be licensed. (1) Launch the EMP License Utility (Start-->Programs-->EMP Tools-->EMP License Utility) (2) Press "Export License Info File to EMP" button. (3) Save the file to a device. You may edit the name but do not change the extension, i.e. userinfo_JohnS.xml. Do not zip the file.
