Product Features

  • Low Noise Technology – IP900
    Low Noise Technology – IP900-Series
Concentric has developed the Internal Gear Pump IP900-Series for noise sensitive applications. Due to the tripple flange engagement of the IP900-Series, the pressure pulsation is minimized down to 15% vs. traditional external gear pump designs, resulting in a very low noise operation.
    .
IP900 Internal Gear Pumps are well suited to applications on electrical forklift trucks and other mobile equipments (like steering systems in trucks and busses), where low noise and high efficiency are required.
    .
  • Valve Integration
    Valve Integration – IP900-Series
A wide range of valves can be integrated in the IP900 Internal Gear Pumps like:
    – Check valves
    – Pressure relief valves
    – Solenoid valves
    .
  • Multiple Sections
    Multiple Sections – Pumps
To meet specific customer needs, Concentric can design multiple section gear pumps, also in combination of different pump groups (e.g. Group 2 + Group 1).
These pumps are ideally suited to supply flow to multiple hydraulic functions from one power source.
    .
    Customer Value:
    Compact design
Costs saving compared to separate pumps with associated fittings and hoses.
    .
Multiple gear pump combinations are available with up to four sections.
